The Mexican Belizian food bridge
Christian Rivero Alamilla is a food entrepreneur. As he found the hole in the Mexican food market, he decided to cook a bridge between Mexican and Belizian food. Why? Just because there is nothing like it. It’s either Mexican dish or Belizian dish, but never the best of both. And that’s what he will deliver on the plate of his customers.
Besides that, being a close neighbour of Belize, it’s a great tribute to the wonderful country. What’s even more, as many tourist either come back from the country they want to have tastful souvenir. Or if they are on their way it’s a great introduction on the Belizian delights.
‘Why the dog? It’s simple. She (the dog) was noticed by lots of people passing by, all shouting ‘Oooh she’s so cute’. That’s why I decided to have her portrait painted as the official logo of Sweet & Picante. Why Sweet & Picante? Also simple… As ‘sweet’ and cute she can be, as mean and ‘picante’ she is.
Being a safe starter he will stick to meals but plans are coming up to launch a fruit cocktail division at the adjacent building. Mixing Belizian and Mexican delights of course!
